TODDLER DAYCARE

ETVCC recognizes children as being competent, capable, curious and rich in potential. ETVCC is dedicated to supporting children’s learning, development, health and well-being through caring and responsive Early Childhood Educators, who focus on active learning, exploration, play and inquiry, and who see children and their families as valuable participants in all aspects of the program. The Toddler programs and all programs here at ETVCC, are based on the resource document “How Does Learning Happen?”. Organized around the foundations of belonging, well-being, engagement, and expression, the goals and expectations integrate the six guiding principles of Early Learning for Every Child Today (ELECT). Our Toddler program is a modified version of our preschool program. We ensure that development milestones are being met and that our emergent programing is designed to keep track of all the developmental domains listed, are being met: Creative and Sensory, Social-Emotional, Receptive/Expressive Language, Cognitive, Science, and Dramatic.

My daughters and I love this daycare. Wonderful staff, great outdoor space, and food made by the amazing cook, Val. We’ve been there for three years and really appreciated everything the staff does for our girls.
